Soak dal,rice in water over night separately
Then grind it n make fine paste
Then take a bowl
Add rice paste,n mung dal paste in it , n mix it well
Add salt in it..mix it well
Then put batter in idli mould,n steam it for 8minutes
Then make idlies..
Then put all idlies in jar n blend it n make fine mixture
Then add khoya ,cardamom powder,honey,coconut powder in it ,mix it well
Then make small balls
Then dip all balls n udad dal batter n deep fry them on medium flame
When it become golden brown ,its done
Pour honey on it..n serve..
